Everybody, regardless of the location should prepare their intestines a week before we leave, as, changing regular habits as simple as food, and water, etc. can provoke alterations in our digestive system. The best way to prevent it? With probiotics and prebiotics.
If the destination is the beach, we should not forget sunscreen and a supplement in oral format to complete the action of photo protection achieving a more uniform tan, nutrition and hydration of the skin, avoiding future blemishes and premature aging of the skin, etc.
We can also include a soothing cream or gel in case of insect bites or jellyfish stings.
Above all, remember to hydrate properly and not sunbathe at the hottest hours of the day.
