beautiful skin

2 ingredients to consider if we want a more beautiful skin

There are many factors that influence having a beautiful skin which is nourished, hydrated, and glowing, without imperfections and with an even tone. One of the factors influencing our skin is directly linked to what we ingest and how we nourish our body from within.

  1. The miraculous oil

There are a number of ingredients that significantly improve the quality of our dermis, one of which is sea buckthorn. The oil obtained from the fruit of this shrub has characteristics that we could almost consider as unique in nature.

It is known for its highly nourishing and moisturizing properties for the skin and mucous membranes. So ingesting it in the form of a food supplement would not only improve the appearance of our skin in general but also improves dryness of eyes, nose, mouth and vagina.

It acts from the inside out, which is important because if we only take care of the external part of our body we are not dealing with the root of the ”problem”.

Unlike other ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, which only feeds the place where water is lacking, sea buckthorn oil renews the complete cellular architecture of the skin, restoring all damaged areas. This is possible thanks to its high content of fatty acids, which as we have explained in previous articles, plays a very important role in the health of our skin.

“Those who have tried it say that the skin becomes much more hydrated, brighter and of a more regular tone and texture,” explains one of our technicians.

  1. Antioxidants

Other ingredients to take into account would be the famous antioxidants, which are basically responsible for eliminating free radicals accumulated throughout the day. Free radicals are the number one factor responsible for aging and are the result of excessive pollution, stress, poor diet, among other things.

  1. How to ingest them

Antioxidants are found in a large number of foods, for example, in vegetables such as broccoli, artichokes, green tea and (surprisingly) dark chocolate. There are also food supplements that carry a large amount of antioxidants.

Sea buckthorn oil is more difficult to obtain, but there are food supplements such as OlioVita and OlioVita Protect which are formulated exclusively with this oil.

Vitae Health Innovation contain a range of products based on sea buckthorn oil: BucoVitae, IntestVita Transit, Oliovita….
