Last 12, 13 and 14 April, the Expo Eco Salud fair took place in Barcelona, this year in collaboration with Natexpo. This fair is a meeting point for producers, manufacturers and distributors of natural products with their points of sale and distribution. In the living room you could also find a dedicated shopping area, exclusively, to the points of sale specialized in natural products: herbalists, dietetics, organic products stores, parapharmacies, bio supermarkets, etc.
This year Vitae again participated with a stand and different actions in Expo Salud, such as, a consultation with Dr. Helena Rutllant, specialist in nutrition and responsible for the oncology line of Vitae. A talk about aged garlic, a medicinal ingredient, by our expert, María José Segundo. Aged garlic extract is produced from garlic grown organically, without chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Subsequently, it undergoes an aging process for 20 months in stainless steel and cold tanks. The most important thing to note is that this type of garlic does not repeat or produce odor, so we can consume it freely and without thinking about the side effects of conventional garlic. As Hippocrates said: “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”
Also, Vitae participated with massage sessions with one of the novelties of the brand, FlexiVita Cream, a recovery massage cream, by magnificent physiotherapists; presence of an elite athlete at the stand to offer his advice and help to other sports practitioners like him. FlexiVita Recovery Cream is a natural formula based on magnesium, coenzyme Q10, silicon, boswellia, arnica and devil’s claw that relieves muscle and joint pain. There are cases where there may be a high risk of suffering inflammation and/or pain (due to the type of work, physical effort, wear due to age…).
