How to detoxify your body after Christmas or intense nights

Recently we talked about a super food called Chlorella, an algae with a high detoxifying power. Well, today we continue with other foods that can help us to detoxify after the Christmas holidays or at any other time it would be more.

Night of excesses

If you ate or drank too much (in moderation) get two handfuls of baby spinach, juice half a lemon, half a small spoonful of grated ginger, half a mango, three slices of pineapple or its juice and a cup and a half of mineral water and mix in the blender. A glass of this smoothie will help us eliminate toxins and hydrate from the inside.

The king of detox

The greener the better, our body will appreciate it. If you want to make a quick and simple smoothie try this: take a cucumber, two handfuls of spinach, a pear, half a teaspoon of ginger and a cup and a half of mineral water. Mix everything and voilà! you already have everything you need to provide your body with extra vitamins, minerals and lots of fiber.
