Bruno Raventós

Who is behind Vitae? Bruno Raventós

Bruno Raventós, psychologist and one of our medical representatives. It is somewhat difficult to explain about in a few lines. Mysterious and friendly, it shows that he has a lot of inner life. He is one of those people that once you sit down to talk to him you discover a world full of possibilities. A pleasant surprise.

Favourite color

Blue and green. I love the colors of nature.

Your music and song

Music has always been and continues to be very important in my life. I have spent many years organizing events and producing music. I don’t have a favorite genre, much less a favorite song. I like everything from classical to more experimental electronic music, although I could highlight ethnic or tribal music.

It all depends on my emotional state and the moment.

What do you do when you wake up

I always wake up at the same time, regardless of whether I have slept 8 or 4 hours, and I always follow the same order: Vibracell, Inmunovita, coffee, shower and off you go!

What do you do before you go to sleep

My nights are not as organized as my mornings, I try to get to bed early (although I hardly ever succeed). A typical day I eat something light for dinner, I take my dose of Eye Q, I’m on the couch for a while and being honest…I don’t have time for more, I am so tired at night!!

What do you do to relax

Swimming and meditation are key for me, although I have to admit that it is not always like this (it depends on the situation). You will never find me in the gym, better look for me in the sauna!

What are you passionate about

I am passionate about traveling, especially to countries with a different culture than ours. I have very few Asian countries left to visit and then I’m already thinking about Latin America!

How do you take care of yourself

For me, taking care of myself means listening and respecting our body and mind. I think it’s important to find a balance, and in my opinion the most important battle is against stress. That is why it is so important to spend time in nature, away from noise and rush. We must not forget to take care of our diet and habits. We are what we eat!
