How does our lifestyle affect digestion?

We currently live in a hectic society, “everything is possible”, the now or never, of living in the moment and above all, not leave for tomorrow what you can do today. But, stress, rush and therefore the bad food and sedentary lifestyle associated with lack of exercise happens to us and our gut bill collapses.

Food is the gateway to a healthy life, both physically and emotionally. Caring for our food, its source and the combination of nutrients provides us with a good digestion.

A damaged intestine can cause indigestion, and if we see beyond migraines, skin problems, negative emotions they all could be directly linked to our digestive disorders.

Our gut manufactures many necessary enzymes for the proper functioning of the whole organism.

When our gut is not right, our hormonal balance and metabolism are out of adjustment, and our body can appear intoxicated, suffering from gas pains, to skin allergies, to inflammatory problems due to excess histamine, fatigue, muscle spasms and even depression.

95% of the serotonin is produced in our gut, if the intestine is inflamed or saturated, this hormone, known as the hormone of happiness, cannot be synthesized and our mood becomes depressed.

Many of the bacteria that live in our gut synthesize these hormones, as well as amino acids and vitamins that are necessary for the proper functioning of our body. If we eat healthily, our intestinal flora will be correct, our gut is healthy and can synthesize serotonin, enzymes and everything you need to be happy, energetic and protected.
