  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 inch ginger (peeled)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2-1 cups kefir (coconut milk kefir preferred)


Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
