OlioVita® Pharynx is an oral spray containing sea buckthorn oil and hyaluronic acid that provides protection in cases of throat and pharynx irritation.
Its formula creates a protective film over the irritated area and provides a soothing effect.
The combination of hyaluronic acid and the restorative properties of omega-7, which occurs naturally in sea buckthorn oil, helps to keep the oral and pharyngeal mucosa hydrated and protected, promoting their natural recovery.

How am I formulated?
- Sea buckthorn oil : In addition to its calming and antioxidant effect , sea buckthorn oil nourishes, hydrates, protects and promotes skin regeneration.
- Hyaluronic acid : bacteriostatic, analgesic and antiinflammatory effect. Hyaluronic acid lubricates and regenerates the skin in addition to promoting adherence and epithelial healing.
The combination of sea buckthorn oil, a natural source of omega-7, and hyaluronic acid helps to moisturise, protect and soothe irritation of the throat and pharynx, supporting the natural tissue repair process.
Spray twice directly onto the desired area, 3 or 4 times a day.
It is recommended that you do not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes after application.
How long can it take for a sore throat to clear up?
The duration of a sore throat depends on the underlying cause:
- Viral infections: these usually improve within a few days, although the sore throat may persist for a little longer.
- Bacterial infections: with the right treatment, symptoms usually start to improve within 24–48 hours.
- Irritants or allergies: once the cause has been removed and the recommended treatment followed, improvement is usually rapid.
- Gastro-oesophageal reflux: recovery will depend on managing the reflux and following medical advice.
- Overuse of the voice: resting your voice aids recovery, which usually takes a few days.
