Helps regulate intestinal transit

IntestVita Transit is a natural formula with probiotics, prebiotics, fiber, seabuckthorn and digestive enzymes that helps to promote digestion, facilitate intestinal transit, the normal functioning of the intestine and regenerate the beneficial intestinal flora.

The mixture of bacteria improves the balance of the gastrointestinal microbiota, favoring the presence of beneficial microorganisms for the body and that contribute to the digestion of food. Digestive enzymes contribute to the short-term digestive capacity of the gastrointestinal system and sea buckthorn contributes to the functionality of the intestinal mucosa, responsible for the absorption of nutrients and water. FOS (fructooligosaccharides) favors the growth of the microbiota and increases the frequency of peristaltic movements, a wave-shaped contraction that spreads through the digestive tract and is essential for the mobilization of the food bolus throughout the gastrointestinal system and intestine, facilitating its elimination in the form of feces. And finally, the contribution of fiber increases the size of the fecal bolus, allowing an increase in intestinal motility and movements, facilitating the excretion of feces.

Constipation is a concept normally associated with a complicated stool and less than 3 times a week, even if a diet rich in fiber and with sufficient hydration is followed, usually with a hard consistency and little volume. This most often occurs when stool moves too slowly through the digestive tract or cannot be removed effectively from the rectum, causing it to dry and harden. Some of the most common causes are:

  • Unbalanced diet, low in fiber and dehydration.
  • Sedentary life.
  • Decreased intestinal motility due to stress or nervous disorders.
  • Alteration of the gastrointestinal flora.
  • Hormonal alterations (pregnancy, hyper/hypothyroidism, diabetes…).
  • Use of certain medications.

A regulator of intestinal transit facilitates evacuation or constipation according to the physiological need of the organism, through processes that generally act on the normalization of intestinal healthcare and stool consistency.

How am I formulated?

  • Mixture of bacteria – Lactobacillus gasseri ks-13, Bifidobacterium bifidum G9-1, Bifidobacterium longum MM-2 : to improve the balance of the microbiota and generate postbiotics.
  •  Digestive enzymes (Protease, Amylase, Lactase and Lipase): to improve digestive capacity in the short term.
  • Orange fiber: Hydrolyzed with a probiotic effect, increases the motility and size of the fecal bolus, favoring defecation.
  • Sea buckthorn: it contributes to the functionality of the intestinal mucosa and has a regenerative effect on the mucous membranes.
  • FOS: Improves the growth atmosphere of the microbiota and increases the frequency of peristaltic movements.

Take 1 capsule from the IntestVita blister and 1 capsule from the IntestVita  blister 2, per day. It is recommended to take both capsules together at the same time just before the main meal with a large glass of water.

Why does constipation occur?

Constipation appears when somebody goes less than 3 times a week to the toilet. In most of the cases, even if a diet rich in fiber and with sufficient hydration is followed, stool has hard consistency and little volume. This most often occurs when stool moves too slowly through the digestive tract or cannot be effectively eliminated from the rectum, causing the stool to dry out and harden. Some of the most common causes are:

  • Unbalanced diet, low in fiber and dehydration.
  • Sedentary life.
  • Decreased intestinal motility due to stress or nervous disorders.
  • Alteration of the gastrointestinal flora.
  • Hormonal alterations (pregnancy, hyper / hypothyroidism, diabetes …).
  • Use of certain medications.
  • Pathologies.

How will IntestVita Transit help me?

The mixture of bacteria (Lactobacillus gasseri ks-13, Bifidobacterium bifidum G9-1, Bifidobacterium longum MM-2) improves the balance of the gastrointestinal microbiota by favoring the presence of microorganisms beneficial to the body, contributing to the digestion of food, favoring the appearance of postbiotics. Digestive enzymes (Protease, Lactase, Amylase and Lipase) contribute to the short-term digestive capacity of the gastrointestinal system and sea buckthorn contributes to the functionality of the intestinal mucosa, responsible for the absorption of nutrients and water. And finally, the contribution of fiber, in the form of complex molecules of plant origin that are not digestible by the digestive tract and its secretions, increases the size of the fecal bolus, allowing an increase in intestinal motility and peristaltic movements, facilitating the excretion of feces. Dietary fiber is a great stool normalizer as it increases the weight and size of the stool. A bulky stool is easier to pass, which reduces the chance of constipation. On the other side, in case of loose and watery stools, fiber can help to solidify the stool by absorbing the water present and adding bulk to the stool.

What is the difference between a laxative and a regulator of intestinal transit?

A regulator of intestinal transit facilitates evacuation or constipation according to the physiological need of the organism, through normalization of intestinal transit and the consistency of the stool. On the other side, a laxative always favors intestinal transit and / or defecation, either by increasing the volume or lubricating the fecal content, increasing the secretion of water into the intestinal lumen by osmosis or favoring peristalsis by contact. Being therefore of more punctual use.

When will I start to notice the effects?

The appreciation of the benefits of supplementation may be short-term, but generally an adaptation period of 3-7 days will be necessary to normalize intestinal transit.
